Jeffrey earned his JD, with high honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 1996 and his BA, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.

A fervent sports enthusiast and discerning collector, he considers Wrigley Field his “satellite office” and bleeds Maize and Blue for his Michigan Wolverines.
