Terry enjoys sharing good food and wine with his friends and family in the off hours, and has been known to make a loaf of sourdough bread and a small collection of pasta dishes from scratch. His playing with food and wine pairings led to blind tasting sessions with friends, which then led to certifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and Vinitaly International Academy (VIA), and membership in the Knights of Alba and the Jurade of St. Emilion. He enjoys hunting for gems from innovative winemakers and small producers from around the world, from the heart of Sonoma, the heights of Mt. Etna, to hidden corners of South Africa.
