His appointment strengthens LexShift’s “practitioners-for-practitioners” ethos, embedding his extensive experience directly into mosaIQ’s continued evolution.

One of the world’s foremost experts in his field, Mr. Isaza is:

  • A Fellow of ARMA International and past Chair of the IGP Certification Board.
  • A past co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Consumer Privacy and Data Analytics Subcommittee and Social Media Subcommittee.
  • The co-author of several foundational industry texts, including 7 Reasonable Steps for Legal Holds.
  • A graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of Florida, where he graduated with High Honors.
